Markquart, a leader in the automotive industry, is seeking to fill a rare position in our Service Advisor team! This team member will be responsible for providing accurate repair estimates, advising customers about repairs and services they should consider for their vehicle, and ensuring each customer is satisfied with their service experience.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Effectively work with customers during their service visit and explain recommended maintenance
- Communicate Effectively: Have outstanding communication in person, over the phone, and over email with customers. Provide accurate repair estimates and advise customers about repairs and services they should consider for their vehicle.
- Work as a Team: Maintain open communication with management, fellow advisors, and technicians.
- Complete work in a Timely Manner: Ensure that all service and paperwork are completed quickly and efficiently in order to best serve our customers
