The Role
As a Brand and eCommerce Project Manager, you will be working with Kroger directly to support and manage the design and execution of the eCommerce content for the Kroger Brand websites and retail applications. This position calls for a highly organized team member with a passion for process, collaboration, and managing large projects with many moving pieces.
The core responsibility is to manage content and image inventory tracking, brand style-guide updates and intake from reviews. Other responsibilities include organizing brand marketing asks, collecting the data, writing the briefs and collecting the relevant assets and components required to kick off the projects by relaying information to the Marks team, ensuring organization of status reports and timelines.
You will report to Marks Sr Account Manager, with a dotted line to Kroger's Sr Growth Brand Manager, working with management and the rest of the team to ensure that the projects are completed successfully and on time. You will need to showcase an ability to collaborate with several teams, as well as demonstrate the independence and resourcefulness demanded by an agile and highly dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate will combine exceptional organizational skills, an understanding of e-commerce dynamics, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, client-centric environment.

- Act as the primary liaison between Kroger and our agency, managing all aspects of e-commerce project delivery, from initiation through completion.
- Lead project kick-offs, joint meetings, presentations, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
- Track and report on project timelines, managing any changes and communicating them effectively to Kroger and Marks teams.
- Maintain detailed project status reports and documentation, facilitating daily or weekly status meetings with Kroger and Marks teams.
