Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Subcontractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in various construction tasks and the ability to manage projects efficiently. As a Subcontractor, you will be responsible for executing specific tasks on construction sites, ensuring quality workmanship, and adhering to safety regulations. Your expertise in areas such as masonry, drywall installation, and remodeling will be critical to the success of our projects.

Duties

• Masonry work, drywall installation, and remodeling projects.
• Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively on-site.
• Collaborate with general contractors and other subcontractors to ensure project timelines are met.
• Conduct thorough inspections of work completed to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Prepare accurate construction estimates and assist in project planning using tools like Bluebeam.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment on the construction site.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and

Skills

• Strong background in various trades including carpentry, masonry, drywall, and construction painting.
• Familiarity with using power tools and equipment relevant to the trade.
• Previous experience working on construction sites is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $100.00 - $5,000.00 per day
