Technical Skills
- Blueprint Reading: Can read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.

- Tooling Knowledge: Understands different dies and punches, and which to use for specific jobs.
- CNC Programming (if applicable): Comfortable programming or tweaking CNC settings.

- Attention to Detail: Measures twice, bends once. Gets angles, tolerances, and alignment right the first time.
- Consistent Accuracy: Can repeat bends and setups reliably over a production run.
