This role can be based out of the New York, Boston, Philadelphia, Washington D.C. or Chicago offices.
This growing firm boasts a renowned specialist M&A Transaction Advisory team with a proven track record of working with a mid-market client base that is sector agnostic, and often collaborates with international strategic buyers as well as private equity investors.
As a Managing Director of this experienced team, you will have the opportunity to act as the Lead Deal Advisor on engagements, develop your profile and reputation within the business community, and take a leading position in growing the firm's reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the execution of all transaction work (buy side and sell side), supporting senior leadership with the continued growth of the firm.
- Enhancing the firm's reputation and brand as a mid-market M&A / Transaction Advisor within the wider firm's client base and the broader professional business community.
- Managing and mentoring a team of Managers, Senior Associates and Associates responsible for the preparation of pitchbooks, financial due diligence processes, forecasts, and financial models.
- Acting as the Lead Advisor on transactions, leading meetings with clients and investors, negotiations, handling SPA, and completions.
- Originating and generating deal opportunities, leveraging your extensive network and industry knowledge.

Qualifications and Experience:
- CPA / CFA Qualification would be advantageous.
- Excellent academic history.
- 10 years of M&A / Transaction Services / Private Equity
- 7 years of leadership experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven track record in leading and executing transactions, originating deal opportunities, and driving business growth.
