Position Summary:
The Store Brands Project Manager is responsible for the planning and day-to-day management of a multi-faceted packaging & branding project. This role will report directly to the Director, Store Brands Packaging and will work directly with them on the over-arching management of this project. This role will interact with all project-specific Subject Matter Experts and is responsible for cohesively packaging and reporting that status of each of these workstreams. Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to: Daily project tracking and reporting, project prioritization with both internal and external partners, issue solving and escalation, and communication to team members regarding project status.
The Store Brands Project Manager should be a self-starter who has experience in managing large projects with many deliverables and stakeholders. This person needs to be professional, accountable and have the ability to multi-task at high levels. This is a temporary role, hybrid based in Rhode Island.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Track and update project status
- Ensure all internal and external deliverables are met
- Act as escalation point for internal and external partners issues/concerns/needs
- Ensure schedule and responsibility alignment among internal and external project partners
- Provide weekly status reports to key project stakeholders
Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree required
- Should be a self starter
- Extensive project management experience preferred
- Experience working simultaneously on multiple projects with many conflicting priorities
- Strong leadership and team organization skills;
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Retail, Agency or Packaging experience a plus
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $36-$40/hour. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
