$18.50 p/h Rover
$20.00 Dispatcher (New Payrate)
Must be available for weekends and holidays
Other Incentives: $100 bonus every quarter for perfect attendance, Officer of the Qtr. will receive $150
Ideal candidates will have previous security officer, security guard (armed or unarmed) experience, military and/or public safety experience, & exceptional people skills.

Responsibilities
- Deter criminal activity and misconduct
- Respond to alarms, calls of distress, or emergencies such as fire, injuries or presence of unauthorized persons by calling police, fire departments and/or local emergency response teams
- Makes periodic patrols to check for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, security violations, blocked entrances and exits, mechanical problems, and unauthorized persons
- Prepare clear, concise, accurate reports
- Operate access control systems, utilize a computer for incident reports, navigate security software systems or applications and use email
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills, professional demeanor, and appearance
- Demonstrate experience managing multiple tasks, executing radio and telephone communications and performing in a high-pressure environment
- Other duties to be determined by security supervisor
- Applicants must meet one or any reasonable combination of the following requirements:
- 6 months of customer service experience
- 1 year of security experience ( preferred)
- Military Experience (Active or Honorably Discharged)
- 18 years of age
- Alabama Unarmed Security License Preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Technology skills: operate access control system, utilize a computer for incident reports, operate security software systems or applications, use email
- Strong customer service skills, professional demeanor and appearance
- Experience managing multiple tasks, executing radio and telephone communications while performing in a medium to high pressure environment with frequently changing and/or competing demands
- Familiarity with report writing
- Excellent surveillance and observation skills
- Possess above average written and verbal communication skills
- Possess strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to interact effectively with client staff and the public
- Trained in CPR and First Aid preferred
Salary : $18 - $150
