Responsibilities:
- Acknowledge and greet all residents and guests in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Manage all guest/visitor access as needed and reject violators from premises when deemed necessary.
- Verify the credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals/vehicles.
- Document and maintain a log of visitors and notify residents of their arrival.
- Assist in protecting others and equipment while enforcing policies and procedures.
- Monitor and/or detect any suspicious behavior to assist in the prevention of vandalism, theft, and other criminal behavior.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms.
- Patrol the perimeter (interior/exterior) to identify potential safety and security risks.
- Warn violators of infractions e.g., loitering, smoking and or in possession of prohibited items.
- Respond to calls of distress, alarms, and/or emergencies such as fire, injuries, or the presence of unauthorized individuals by contacting local first responders.
- Identify and report all concerns (safety, security breaches, unusual circumstances) in a timely manner.
- Ensures accuracy and timely submission of required documentation.
- Ensure all rules/regulations are being enforced and followed.

- High school degree or equivalent
- Valid AZ Security License
- Valid AZ Driver's License
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Basic computer skills
- Must be able to
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Minimum of one year of customer service experienceÂ
- Minimum of one year of security experienceÂ
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)
