Job Summary: The Contract Security Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all security operations within an assigned contract, ensuring compliance with client expectations, company policies, and industry standards. This role involves managing personnel, optimizing operational efficiency, maintaining client relationships, and enforcing security protocols to safeguard assets, personnel, and property.
Operational Management:
- Oversee daily security operations and ensure contract compliance.

Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and emergency response
plans. - Conduct regular site inspections and audits to assess operational effectiveness.
- Maintain security post orders and ensure staff adherence.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
Personnel Management:
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop security personnel.
- Supervise security officers, shift supervisors, and site leads.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching for improvement.
- Manage scheduling, payroll, and workforce optimization.
- Address disciplinary actions and resolve personnel conflicts.
Client Relations & Service Delivery:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring satisfaction.
- Conduct regular client meetings and provide reports on security operations.
- Address client concerns promptly and implement solutions.

Risk Management & Compliance:

Financial & Administrative Management:

Qualifications & Requirements:
