We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Manager. Here you will play a crucial role in protecting lives and property by managing and leading the security team and assisting the client in various capacities. This physically demanding and rewarding position requires critical thinking, teamwork, and the ability to perform under pressure. Must be able to be on call and assist with operations after hours and on non-working days.
The Site Manager position reports directly to the Regional Director of Operations.
$27.00 per Hour
Ideal candidates will have previous security front line management of armed or unarmed guard/officer experience.

Requirements:
- At least five (5) years experience in an administrative and supervisory capacity (required)
- At least five (5) years experience in Security Front Line Management (required)
- Be available to respond 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in the event of an emergency.
- Possess above-average written and verbal communication skills to be able to effectively communicate orally and in writing with senior leadership.
- Be able to effectively maintain liaison with local police.
- Valid State of Alabama security license, or ability to obtain within 2 – weeks
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Technology skills: Intermediate to advanced computer skills, ability to operate access control system, utilize a computer for incident reports, operate security software systems or applications, use email.
- Strong customer service skills, professional demeanor, and appearance.
- Experience managing multiple tasks executing radio and telephone communications while performing in medium to high-pressure environments with frequently changing and/or competing demands.
- Familiarity with report writing.
- Excellent surveillance and observation skills.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to interact effectively with client staff and the public.
