Qualifications :

Security Field Supervisors oversee and manage site activity within a designated geographical area. Conduct routine inspections and audits of security personnel to ensure proper implementation of security procedures & protocol.

Interact with all guests (clients, residents and visitors) in a professional demeanorFoster client relationships through continuous communication and supportDevelop and implement site-specific security policies to successfully execute contractEnsure officers are performing all assigned duties including but not limited to time sheets, daily logs, activity and incident reportsReview and verify all reports and logs for accuracyAddress and rectify all employee relation and payroll concerns in a timely mannerRecruit, hire and train officers to ensure operational performance and coverage is metConduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance (uniform and equipment)Utilize approved security equipment (CCTV, radios, computers / tablets etc.)Effectively communicate all pertinent information to team in a timely mannerManage security personnel including but not limited to scheduling, counseling and or disciplinary actions when necessaryConduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance (uniform and equipment)Other duties to be determined by managementQualifications :
Must be at least 21 years of age
Security licensing (Require )Valid Driver's License and clean driving history (Require)High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferredMinimum of three years previous security supervision or leadership experience requiredFlexible / on- call schedule availabilityProfessional demeanor and appearanceExcellent computer skillsExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Attentive to detailMust be able to multitask in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience utilizing security equipment and protocols requiredMust be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)
