Qualifications :
Some duties for Security Officers in Class-A Corporate properties :
Security Officers provide EXCELLENT customer service to tenants and visitors
Build rapport with tenants and guests
Provide protection for equipment, tenants, and visitors
Checking the credentials of vehicles and individuals coming and going from the premises
Deter criminal activity, protect property and enforce rules on a property
Communicating and Working as a TEAM - Some monitor security systems from a stationary position, some provide hospitality along with securing given post, and some patrol areas and do security checks
Available Security Officer Positions :
Rover : Foot or vehicle patrols, responsible for detecting any suspicious behavior and preventing vandalism, thefts or other criminal behavior, etc.
Console Officer : Acknowledge and greet all guests with utmost courtesy and urgency , customer service, access control, greeting residents and guests with a courteous demeanor, monitor CCTV camera systems, announce visitors, distribute packages, etc.
Command Center : Stationary post monitoring surveillance and alarm systems
Qualifications :
At least 18 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent
Comfortable using a computer and other technology to prepare reports, perform surveillance and control access
Candidate(s) will have a professional appearance, be detailed oriented and able to work well in a structured environment
Comfortable working inside and / or outside standing, sitting or walking for extended periods of time
Strong customer service skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Monitoring and surveillance experience
Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks
Previous security and / or customer service experience IS required
