Experience
- Previous experience in lawn care a mandatory.
- Familiarity with weeds and lawn diseases
- Ability to operate fert machinery safely.
- knowledge of chemical mix rates
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- ability to lead a team of 3-5 members
- valid DL a must
- NJ pesticide license a plus but not mandatory
