We offer an outstanding full benefits package. Base compensation is $20/hr PLUS an extra $10/hr incentive for employee's billable time on client projects (incentive paid as a monthly bonus after 14 week training is completed). Additional merit-based adjustments to base salary and incentives are available as research skill levels are completed.

Skills and Qualifications of a Fraud Analyst:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and competent at solving complex puzzles.
  • Strong desire to develop new skills and continually strive for improvement.
  • Highly adaptable and propensity to remain calm in high-pressure, fast paced situations while working independently.
  • The capacity to maintain confidentiality and work undercover utilizing an alias.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to conduct phone interviews.
  • Fluency in a second language or experience with Human Intelligence (HUMINT), trademarks/legal/IP, theater, cold calling, customer service, or interviewing are advantageous.

Job Responsibilities as a Fraud Analyst:

  • Independently conduct undercover phone interviews and purchases in support of vender compliance, fraud, or counterfeit investigations.
  • Independently perform strategic online research and analysis using Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) resources to gather business contacts or place orders for counterfeit products.
  • Analyze fact patterns, write, and compile detailed reports that summarize multiple sources into concise, analytical assessments.
  • Manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and coordinate with Marksmen management.
  • Collaborate with team members to solve complex problems.
