Required Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including listening, problem solving and communicating
- Ability to build relationships with customers
- Previous sales experience
- Working within and maintaining a strong team atmosphere
- Adequate computer skills including, but not limited to, Microsoft Word, Excel and Gmail.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers, educating them on our products and programs to help make their design dreams into reality
- Provide world class customer service that customers tell their friends and family about
- Assist in basic showroom maintenance (dusting, vacuuming, straightening furniture, tagging, etc)
- Answer phones and assist customers with both sales leads and existing order questions
- Learn and maintain knowledge of products and services
- Work with the customers from start to finish in a sale, including initial greeting to cashing out, including any relevant financing programs and delivery scheduling
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
