Our office is currently seeking a Customer Service Rep to join our team. This position requires an up-beat and detail-oriented person. This position also requires a high degree of integrity and the ability to work professionally with confidential information. We offer a generous PTO allowance and 12 paid holidays each year!
The primary responsibilities include:
- Answer phones and emails
- Sort mail
- Accept and apply payments to accounts
- File and follow-up with claims
- Enter new applications and submit changes on existing policies
- Conduct insurance reviews
- Educate customers about insurance options to fit their needs
The most qualified candidates will have:
- Experience in customer-oriented role within an office setting
- Ability to greet visitors, clients, and colleagues in a friendly and courteous manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to operate related office equipment such as computers, copier and scanner
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to organize and prioritize work
- Excellent communication skills
- High School Diploma (required)
