Position Summary

The Graphic Designer will report to the Sr. Art Director and will be responsible for designing engaging graphics across various platforms, collaborating with team members, and contributing to the overall visual strategy of our brand. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design and a deep understanding of beauty marketing trends.

Essential Tasks, Duties, & Responsibilities

  • Develop and design visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, websites, advertisements, brochures, and more.
  • Create monthly Amazon activations including banners, promotional graphics, A content, PDP, and any enhanced brand contents.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to create design solutions that meet project objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Translate complex ideas and messages into clear, visually engaging designs.
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity across all digital touchpoints and platforms.
  • Maintain consistency in design language and branding across all channels and materials.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to ensure designs are current and innovative.
  • Perform other duties as needed and directed by management.

Minimum Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience (2-3 years) as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
  • Strong grasp of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
  • Great work ethic, exceptional organizational skills, and proactive communication: Must be organized, detail oriented, resourceful, and adept at prioritizing and juggling multiple projects at once to communicate, follow up on, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving, fast-changing environment, oftentimes under pressure
  • Professional and positive demeanor.
  • Ability to interact well with diverse personalities.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills, with heightened attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and plan strategically and efficiently .
  • Self-motivated, results oriented and creative thinker .
  • Analytical in approach to identifying opportunities .
  • Ability to accurately and effectively communicate with customers and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
