Position Summary
The Sr. Manager, FP&A will report directly to the Director, FP&A and is an integral part of the decision-making process at Markwins. Working closely with the Director, this person must be experienced, driven, and a detail-oriented professional to support the mission of the FP&A team and help shape its future impact.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepares supporting reports that assist in the development and implementation of goals, policies, and procedures relating to the financial performance of the company
- Develop budgets and forecast the estimated future revenue, gross margins, fixed overhead, capital expenditures, etc.
- Oversee the company budget to align with the EBITDA goal
- Update the financial projections monthly with recommended actions for any unexpected events
- Mitigate risk on customer default with a thorough understanding of accounts receivable and chargebacks history of major customers
- Improve return on investment with periodic analysis on spending, promotion programs, and joint business plan with customers
- Collaborate with marketing department to improve the efficiency in using the budget for brand awareness and competitiveness
- Maintain the customer P&Ls by brand that roll into the consolidated P&L (Top 10 and all other)
- Initiate dispute on invalid chargebacks with the support of sales and operation team
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or economics required
- MBA preferred
- Cosmetics and/or consumer products (CPG/FMCG) experience required
- 10-13 years’ experience running corporate planning cycles, implementing new processes, and acting as the lead on multiple projects
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proactive, scrappy mindset that comes forward with solutions whenever faced with challenges
- Experience with INFOR XA a plus
- Proficiency with Outlook; proficiency in Excel is absolutely necessary – knowledge of Pivot Tables and basic formulas (xlookup, sumifs, concatenate etc.)
- Exercise sound judgment and provide valuable insight
- Communicate effectively within all levels of the company
- Be an excellent analytical and critical thinker

Salary : $125,000 - $145,000
