We just qualified an Azure Software Engineer with Fisher Investments and this is exclusive.. I m not looking for a .Net Developer with Azure .
Rate target 75 80/hr c2c
Client: Fisher Investments
Position: Azure Software Engineer
Duration: 6-month contract (potential for extension or conversion)
Location: Must be on-site in Plano, TX. On-site every day for first 90 days and then hybrid schedule (3 days in-office and 2 remote). HM sits in Plano along with his team.
Interviews Process: Start interviews next week and as soon as we have candidates - HM available after 1pm CST for interviews. Candidates can be in-person or remote for interview.
Top Skills:
- C# and Azure Data Factory Must have
- SQL must have
- Synapse must have
- Logic Apps and Azure Functions must have
- PowerBI nice to have (will be trained on this)
- Logic Apps must have
- Github and Octopus - Git or Github required, Octopus should be a nice to have (it s a deployment tool)
Additional Details:
This person will be supporting an existing product that they developed a few years back and are now expanding it. They will be building a lot of integrations which is where they'll need exp with C# and Azure functions. Azure Data Factory and SQL are imperative. This person will be knee deep in Azure so we are looking for an Azure dev with .net who lives in ADF. This person won't be setting up pipelines as Fisher has a separate DevOps team they will collaborate with. Once data pipeline work is done, this person will work on PowerBI reports. Financial services experience not required.
