Job Description:

• This role combines system administration, user support, and business analysis to ensure operational efficiency, drive innovation, and support organizational goals. The ideal candidate will manage IT systems, facilitate data-driven decisions, and streamline processes through effective collaboration and analysis.
• Key Responsibilities:
• System Administration and Technical Support:
• Perform routine system maintenance and oversee upgrade rollouts to ensure reliability and optimal performance.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and profiles while addressing technical issues promptly.
• Maintain and update dashboards for accurate and actionable data visualization.
• Monitor system data and performance metrics, identifying trends and addressing anomalies proactively.
• Carrier Support:
• Communicate with Logistics Carrier to identify the issue and troubleshoot
• Data Integration:
• Ensure the data is integrated accurately between all relevant systems (Samsung Internal, 3^rdParty Solutions )
• Business Analysis:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into system requirements.
• Conduct thorough analyses of existing processes, recommending best practices
• Facilitate master data management and governance, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• User Support and Training:
• Train new users on system tools, protocols, and best practices to ensure seamless adoption.
• Administer and analyze Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys, leveraging insights for service improvements.
• Serve as a liaison for carrier-related technical issues, ensuring effective communication and resolution.
• Strategic Contributions:
• Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to support decision-making processes.
• Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for automation, efficiency, and cost-saving measures.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions
• Qualifications:
• Required Logistics Business Support Experience ( 5 years)
• Required Logistics Management Application ( 5 years, DispatchTrack is huge )
• Proven experience in business analysis, system administration, or related technical support roles. ( 5 years)
• Prefer to Korean Speaking as an 2^ndLanguage
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and training skills.
• Familiarity with data monitoring tools and survey platforms is a plus.
• Strong project management and prioritization abilities.
