Requirements
- HVACR License preferred, will consider 5th year apprentice.
- Satisfactory physical condition so as to perform manual tasks requiring moderate physical strength.
- Ability and coordination to operate and care for power equipment and machinery.
- Ability to read, write and follow written and oral instructions.
- Preferred knowledge of univents, roof top units, and refrigeration.
- Knowledge of computer use and work order system.
- Ability to work independently at most times.
- Ability to establish and maintain working relations with supervisors and fellow workers.
- A valid New Jersey driver's license.
- Required criminal history background check.
