Position Summary : We are currently seeking a dedicated Nursing Supervisor to work per diem on Sundays from 11am-7pm. In this vital role, you will lead an interdisciplinary team to ensure our residents receive exceptional care and maintain their health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervising and leading nursing staff to ensure high standards of care and service delivery
- Managing daily operations, including staff assignments and resource management
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to create and implement individualized care plans
- Conducting regular assessments and audits to uphold quality standards
- Providing mentorship and training to nursing staff to foster their professional development
- Ensuring compliance with nursing regulations, policies, and standards
