Athena Health Care Systems is hiring a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to join our dynamic care team at Marlborough Hills Rehabilitation & Health Care Center!
Marlborough Hills is a 196-bed skilled nursing facility offering short-term rehab and long-term care serving a large SUDS population.

As the Administrator, you direct the day-to-day functions of the facility to assure that the highest degree of quality care and services are provided to our residents at all times.
Education & Experience :
- A Bachelor’s Degree is necessary.
- A degree in Public Health Administration, Business Administration, or a health related degree is preferred but not required.
- Must possess a current, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator’s license or meets the licensure requirements of this State.
- Must possess a working knowledge of long-term care operational standards set forth in Federal and State regulations.
- Prior long-term care administration training and experience preferred as a licensed nursing home administrator.
