As a Senior Strategic Sales Manager, your mission is to ensure our partner has the right people and practices in place to share their enterprise solutions with businesses worldwide. You'll help develop and grow the company's strategy for Strategic Account Executive goals while driving operational excellence in day-to-day business management.
What you'll bring to the table :
- Drive revenue growth for our partner's enterprise solutions and help reach the revenue goals
- Maintain high customer satisfaction across teams while prioritizing user feedback
- Create and refine best-in-class processes including pipeline development, conversion rates, forecasting, hiring, and performance management
- Lead talent development and ensure talent retention, following best practices for coaching in order to enable internal career growth
- Work closely with Sales Development and Operations as well as the Product and Marketing teams for ideal customer-focused results
