Responsibilities:
Prepare customer invoices and enter billing using Quickbooks.
Answer dealer questions on products, order status, and shipping status.
Communicate with dealers on delays or issues.
Requirements:
Proven experience with the use of Quickbooks.
Excellent math skills.
Solid computer skills - email and an ordering portals.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Attention to detail and pro-active organizational skills.
Strong phone etiquette
High school diploma or equivalent.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $13.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
