Position Summary
The Retrofit Solutions Specialist is a key member of the Lifecycle Services team, responsible for driving revenue growth through the expansion of the retrofit business.
This role requires a strong understanding of the food processing industry and experience in sales, engineering, or related fields.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, products, and programs to expand the retrofit business, prioritizing the development of retrofit offerings, and collaborating with engineering to evaluate ideas and concepts.
The Retrofit Solutions Specialist will also work closely with Technical Services to understand installation, commissioning, and customer requirements, and assess and prioritize retrofit solutions based on supply chain feasibility, market size, and business potential.
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about innovation, have excellent communication skills, and are able to think critically and solve problems creatively.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Gathering and generating new machine retrofit ideas.
- Providing technical support for existing retrofits.
- Serving as the hub for communication between engineering, sales, service, training, technical support, and customers.
- Collaborating with engineering to evaluate ideas, concepts, and models.
- Working with Technical Services to understand installation, commissioning, and customer requirements.
