Paramedic - Full Time

Position: Paramedic Department: EMS Location: Marlette, MI Hours: Full Time. 24 hours shifts. Full Benefits. Aspire Rural Health Systems is seeking a full time Paramedic in our EMS department. We are looking for those who have a great attitude to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals who are constantly striving to provide the highest quality of services for our patient. Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent. Graduate from an EMTP program, or a degree from an accredited school with passing scores.
• State Paramedic licensure required; ACLS & BLS required; PALS, PHTLS, and other specialty certification preferred.
• Certificate of Emergency Vehicle Driving Course required. Possess a current valid Michigan driver's license.
• Previous experience preferred as EMTP.

Responsibilities: The primary purpose of this position is a paramedic with additional advanced training to perform more difficult pre-hospital medical procedures. Providing continued assessment of the patient as they care for and transport the sick or injured to a medical facility for further treatment and care.
