Job Overview:
As a Servicing Portfolio Loan Officer, you will leverage our existing customer base to offer refinance, HELOC, and cash-out refinance solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include assessing customer needs, recommending appropriate products, and guiding them through the loan process from initial contact to closing. This role is ideal for a self-motivated, goal-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to customers within our servicing portfolio to discuss refinancing, HELOC, and cash-out refinance opportunities.
- Evaluate customer financial situations and recommend suitable loan products to meet their needs.
- Manage the loan application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and submitted accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate a smooth loan process from start to finish.
- Stay informed of market trends, product changes, and regulatory requirements to offer the best advice and solutions to customers.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and clear communication throughout the loan process.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Active NMLS license
- Proven experience as a loan officer, preferably within refinancing, HELOCs, or cash-out refinances.
- Strong understanding of mortgage loan products and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using loan origination software and CRM systems.
This position offers a base salary plus commission.
Salary : $36,000 - $48,000
