Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Kitchen Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen/bath spaces that meet the needs of our clients. You will collaborate with customers to understand their vision and preferences, utilizing your expertise in design and sales to deliver exceptional results. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for interior design.
Duties
- Consult with clients to assess their kitchen design needs and preferences.
- Create detailed kitchen layouts using 20/20 software to visualize designs.
- Provide expert advice on materials, finishes, and fixtures to enhance the overall design.
- Engage in upselling opportunities by recommending additional products and services.
- Manage the sales process from initial consultation through final installation.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records through POS systems.
- Collaborate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain a strong understanding of current trends in kitchen design and materials.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in kitchen design or interior design is required.
- Proficiency in 20/20 software for creating detailed designs.
- Strong sales skills, including experience in inside or outside sales.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience with cash handling and POS systems is desirable.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating beautiful spaces.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
