We are seeking an experienced and skilled service technician to join our team at Marlow Automotive Group.
About the Role:
- Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance with efficiency and adherence to dealership policies
- Diagnostics, testing, and repair of automotive systems using advanced tools and equipment
- Collaborate with Service Advisors to ensure customer satisfaction and inform them of additional services required
- Document all work done, including photos and videos for warranty purposes
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience as an auto technician
- In-depth knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment
