Summary: Marmo Financial Group, LLC. (MFG) seeks a highly energized and confident individual who will thrive in a busy environment to serve as an Associate Advisor. The role is client facing and requires superior communication skills, verbal and written. A candidate must be extremely professional in appearance and manner, willing to accept direction, quick to learn new things, and computer savvy.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Additional duties may be assigned):
- Review clients’ portfolio performance on a regular basis.
- Perform research regarding complex client issues.
- Conduct 1:1 client meetings to determine their financial goals, analyze their current financial situation and offer suggestions based on findings resulting from the analysis.
- Develop and implement a personalized financial plan that aligns with clients’ objectives.
- Manage client relationships throughout the financial planning and implementation process.
- Identify opportunities for AUM growth and take proactive steps to convert these opportunities
- Ability to provide back up for trades in client accounts preferred
- Follow up with clients through emails and phone calls in an expedient manner
- Document client meetings and maintain records.
- Conduct client review meetings
- Conduct lead follow up calls with prospective clients
What Qualifications We Require:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a client facing, client management role within the RIA, Broker-Dealer, Compliance or FinTech industries.
- CFP® (Certified Financial Planner™ designation) is required
- FINRA Series 65 (preferred)
- State life and health licenses or the ability to pass those licensing exams (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Investment related fields required
