Cooling Systems Design Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled Cooling Systems Design Lead to join our team at Marmon Foodservice Technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative cooling system engineering solutions for refrigeration products.
As a Cooling Systems Design Lead, you will drive collaboration with cross-functional teams, leverage technical strategy and best practices, and lead the successful execution of projects. You will further develop your technical subject-matter expertise while contributing significantly to MFT's growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and/or participate in project teams focused on New Product Development, Continuous Product Improvement, or Feature Innovation.
- Develop and implement design plans for refrigeration-based sealed systems across all product lines as a functional expert.
- Apply problem-solving skills using 8D methodology to identify root causes of issues and oversee development/implementation of corrective action plans.
