About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Product Development Lead to join our team at Marmon Foodservice Technologies. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for driving the conceptualization and development of new food equipment products or enhancing existing ones.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, commercial, and technical teams, to define product roadmaps and ensure that products meet customer needs and adhere to quality standards.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop new food equipment products or enhance existing ones
- Defining product specifications and roadmaps to meet customer needs and quality standards
- Partnering with engineering teams to provide technical guidance and resolve technical challenges
- Working closely with reliability teams to ensure designs achieve reliability requirements
- Staying up-to-date on relevant industry regulations, certifications, and safety standards
You'll Be Successful in This Role If You Have:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering
- 7 years of experience in hot holding and/or toasting equipment product development
- Extensive knowledge of electromechanical systems, heat transfer, and conveying systems
- Experience analyzing and resolving product quality issues
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
