Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Sealed System Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cooling system engineering solutions for refrigeration products.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Leading project teams focused on New Product Development, Continuous Product Improvement, or Feature Innovation.
- Designing, testing, and reviewing refrigeration-based sealed systems across all product lines as a functional expert.
- Using 8D methodology to identify root cause of issues and overseeing development/implementation of corrective action plans.
- Developing innovative and reliable solutions for cooling systems using mathematical and computer-based engineering analyses.
- Conducting testing, collecting and analyzing data, and interpreting test results to evaluate the performance, reliability, and safety of engineering solutions.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 10 years of relevant experience in an engineering role.
