Senior Technical Specialist

About the Job

We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Technical Specialist to join our team at Marmon Foodservice Technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing key product specifications related to hot holding, toasting, and cooking foodservice equipment product lines.

You will work closely with marketing product managers to help define the product roadmap for both core product support and new product and feature development. Additionally, you will serve as the primary interface between the customer, commercial, and technical teams.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Developing and managing key product specifications related to hot holding, toasting, and cooking foodservice equipment product lines
• Collaborating with marketing product managers to define the product roadmap
• Serving as the primary interface between the customer, commercial, and technical teams
• Ensuring that products meet customer needs and adhere to quality standards

You'll Be Successful in This Role If You Have:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering
• 7 years of experience in hot holding and/or toasting equipment product development
• Extensive knowledge of electromechanical systems, heat transfer, and conveying systems
• Experience analyzing and resolving product quality issues
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

Benefits and Compensation
