About The Role
As the Account Director, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with one of the most iconic brands in the automotive industry. This role involves developing strategic account plans, leading value-based selling, and ensuring the successful delivery of custom retail fixtures and digital programs tailored to the unique needs of the brand. You will also identify and capitalize on new opportunities to grow DCI's partnership, helping the brand enhance customer engagement and optimize dealership performance. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, you will be a key point of contact for the brand's teams and senior stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Account Management & Value Selling :
Serve as the primary point of client contact, cultivating strategic relationships with key brand stakeholders.
Identify new opportunities within the brand's network to expand footprint and influence.
Meet and exceed sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and expanding service offerings across the brand.
Create and execute account plans focused on growing the brand within portfolio, with clear objectives and key performance indicators.
Manage and track sales opportunities within CRM systems, maintaining accurate records of all interactions, negotiations, and progress.
