What You'll Do :
- Lead 3-5 simultaneous projects.
- Own responsibility for technical project leadership. Use prior engineering knowledge or gain new knowledge to be the project technical expert.
- Use engineering knowledge to architect automation solutions.
- Work across multiple facilities with separate stakeholder teams and processes.
- Set project goals, deliverables, and timelines. Manage the project to these goals.
- Communicate project status to management.
- Build payback models and assist in writing capital requests.
- Use the existing Marmon automation implementation process to guide your workflow.
- Update and improve internal processes as you learn. Contribute to shared knowledge base.
- Mentor and guide others as required. Leadership opportunities can be available if desired.
- Attend trade shows, vendor visits, etc., to become a rounded industry expert on current state-of-the-art technologies and implementation strategies.
- Teach and mentor plant leadership to continue executing projects.
