Director of Quality Overview

This critical leadership role drives the organization's commitment to quality excellence by developing and executing a comprehensive quality strategy aligned with the organization's mission, vision, and goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversight of quality management systems ensures all departments adhere to quality processes.
• Strategic thinking, leadership, communication, analytical skills, and regulatory knowledge are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, business, or a related field is required.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in quality management roles, including 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.

Preferred Skills and Competencies

• Ability to influence at all organizational levels, inspire and manage diverse teams.
• Regular travel between the Mississippi plants will be required, as well as occasional travel to Minnesota HQ and Marmon Water sister facilities.
