This exempt role requires precision in manufacturing processes and attention to detail. With a strong background in quality engineering, you'll be responsible for internal and external customer interactions, creating inspection plans, and driving process improvements using statistical tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We seek individuals with a BS in Engineering, preferably with 3 years of experience in quality engineering. Key skills include 6 sigma, SPC, Lean Manufacturing, Measurement System Analysis, and knowledge of ISO 13485 and/or ISO-9001 International Quality System Standards. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills are essential.

Participate in Material Review Board (MRB) and New Product Release Review (NPR). Facilitate Corrective and Preventative Actions, validation activities, and create inspection plans. Collaborate with customers and suppliers to standardize inspection methods and perform process capability analysis. Train employees as needed.
