Job Summary
This 1st shift Receiving Associate position involves coordinating activities of incoming and outgoing shipments, directing movement of shipments, verifying and recording shipment details, and preparing items for shipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinates activities of incoming and outgoing shipments
- DIRECTS movement of shipments from shipping and receiving platform to storage and work areas
- Verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment
- Examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, and records shortages
- Examines outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications
Work Schedule
This is a 1st shift position with an approximate work schedule of 8am-4pm, Monday through Friday. Hours may vary slightly based on workload.
