Sr. Director of Product Validation Role
You'll establish and execute the strategic direction for MFTA's product validation function, including Lab Testing, Product Reliability, and Regulatory & Compliance. Your expertise in testing process automation, AI integration, and lean principles will ensure high-quality, reliable, and regulatory-compliant products are delivered to customers.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet necessary validation and performance standards. Your leadership and expertise will contribute to the successful launch of safe, effective, and compliant products.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, lead, and execute the product validation strategy focused on quality of results and optimization of resources.
- Define and execute automation strategies and delivery models to improve overall testing performance, quality, throughput, and results.
- Lead the Product Validation team, including Regulatory & Compliance, Reliability Engineering, and lab organization.
- Oversee all aspects of product validation, including protocol development, testing, data analysis, and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline.
- 10 years of experience in leadership of product validation testing integrating automation and lean practices.
- Product validation, quality assurance, performance testing, or related roles within a regulated industry.

Compensation
Target Annualized Compensation: $170,000 - $200,000
