At Marmon/Keystone LLC, our Inside Sales Representatives play a crucial role in ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your mission is simple: keep our customers happy by building strong relationships, anticipating their needs, and driving sales growth.
This is a hybrid position, working 3 days a week at our E. Butler, PA office and handling accounts primarily in the northeast region.

- Negotiate pricing and close inbound sales opportunities with contractual and transactional customers.
- Grow sales by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and contract extension opportunities.
- Ensure sales targets (dollars, gross profit, volume) are met while maintaining strong margins.
- Provide accurate quotes, follow up, and close orders.
- Coordinate, expedite, and track shipments for on-time delivery.
- Stay informed on market trends and become an expert in our core products of pipe, tubing and bar.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels for top accounts.
- Work across departments to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- High emotional intelligence and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Analytical skills with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Sales experience in steel or a related industry is preferred.
- 2 years of experience in sales and/or customer success.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
