Job Scope
The Senior CNC Programmer creates CNC code to produce medical devices on CNC equipment utilizing CAD / CAM software or manual programming methods during Process Development or Process Improvement for use in a Production environment.
Day Shift : Monday-Friday 8 : 00AM - 5 : 00PM
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize production programs using CAM software.
- Create and maintain production documentation.
- Mentor and train production machinists.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing and Quality Engineers to develop and refine manufacturing processes for new products.
- Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) development teams and validation activities.
- Assist in training and transitioning processes to production personnel.
- Troubleshoot and resolve setup and programming issues on the production floor.
- Support and guide CNC Programming Techs and CNC Programmers in NPI and production activities.
- Investigate, develop, and test custom tooling as needed.
