Assistant Manager

As the Assistant Store Manager, you will be a leader that plans and directs day-to-day operations of the store in the absence of the Store Manager. Like the store manager, you will help develop strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales and increase profitability. This role is responsible for maintaining high store standards, fostering a positive environment and helping to coach associates in retail selling to improve store sale.

Job Requirements:

· Committed to superior customer service

· High School diploma, AA preferred

· 1-2 years of experience in a retail sales environment, 1 year in a leadership/supervisory role

We also have expectations that you bring the following traits:

· Excellent interpersonal skills

· Basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge

· Relevant history of high retail sales performance

· Basic Math Skills

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
