Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and energetic person to be our Dairy Supervisor. As the Dairy Supervisor you will make sure that the store’s Dairy is always Fresh, Rotated and in Good condition. You will inspect the Dairy to ensure that it is Rotated, Clean and Date Checked. All Dairy must be arranged on the shelves, Rotated by dates and kept full. Weekly ordering and shrinking out expired stock will also be in job description. The ideal candidate can lift heavy boxes, perform physical tasks, have excellent customer service skills and know basic stocking skills.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and replenish all Dairy and other goods on display shelves throughout your shift.
- Rotate products and goods according to the store’s policies
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting each guest with a smile and offer assistance
- Be safety oriented by following all known safety procedures and utilizing good operational, loss prevention, and safety judgment at all times
Qualifications
- Previous work experience as a Dairy Clerk or similar position is preferred but not required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, count, write and communicate accurately in English.
- Understanding of best practices in sales and customer service
- Strong communication skills and an ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to stand for long periods and regularly lift 50lbs
Salary : $17 - $20
