Resource Planning and Purchasing Manager

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Plan Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing inventory control, procurement processes, and supply chain management. This position requires a strong understanding of logistics and sourcing strategies to ensure the efficient flow of materials and products. The Plan Manager will collaborate with various departments to optimize operations and maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.

Duties

• Develop and implement inventory control strategies to manage stock levels effectively.
• Procure materials and services while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Utilize SAP and Oracle EBS systems for tracking inventory, placing orders, and managing supply chain processes.
• Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Coordinate logistics activities to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Prepare reports on inventory status, procurement activities, and supply chain performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in inventory control, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Proficiency in SAP or Oracle EBS systems is highly desirable.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms from suppliers.
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Knowledge of logistics processes and sourcing strategies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
