POSITION REQUIREMENTS
As a Project Scheduler, you'll develop Proposal/Bid and Preconstruction Schedules with General Managers, Business Development, and the Director of Preconstruction. You'll create Construction Schedules with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Subcontractors, visit project sites, and attend coordination meetings. You'll assist in developing recovery/acceleration schedules, manage bi-weekly schedule updates, and update material delivery dates. Additionally, you'll support the Project Manager with Subcontractor schedule coordination and other tasks as assigned.
To qualify, you need a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, basic computer skills, and a thorough understanding of P6 and the construction industry.
YOUR DAY AS A PROJECT SCHEDULER
As a Full-Time Project Scheduler at Marous Brothers Construction, you'll organize and manage project schedules for commercial construction endeavors. Collaborating with project managers and subcontractors, you'll ensure tasks are completed on time and align with goals.
