Marposs Group is a global leader providing measurement, inspection, and testing cutting-edge solutions for quality and process control in the workshop environment, serving all major automotive and machine tools manufacturers, as well as the aerospace, biomedical, electronics, energy, glass containers, and white goods sectors.
The internship program will span eight weeks, commencing on June 2nd – August 1st, and will provide hands-on experience in Human Resources and Accounting. Interns will engage in structured projects and activities to enhance their skills and understanding of the industry. Additionally, career development sessions will be incorporated into the program to support interns in their professional growth and future endeavors.
Qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Sort and organize invoices.
- File invoices into job folders.
- Send invoices to customers via email, mail, or online portals.
- Assist with matching Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) to invoices.
- Help maintain accurate filing and documentation of invoices.
- Assist with job postings and updating job descriptions.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews.
- Communicate with candidates as needed.
- Assist with organizing and maintaining employee records.
- Help with onboarding tasks such as preparing new hire paperwork.
- Support HR team in various administrative tasks as needed.
Skills/Requirements:
- No previous experience required.
- Junior or Senior college standing working towards a degree in business, marketing, or similar
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be detail-oriented and can work proactively and effectively
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and client service skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
