In order to reinforce our growth plans in North America, Marposs Corporation has an opening for a Prodar Product Specialist.
Reporting to the Prodar Product Manager, this individual will
Qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Provide sales and technical support to customers and the sales department, including:
- Quote clarifications
- Proposal preparation and approval
- Presentations and commercial assistance during customer calls
- Manage proposal backlog, gross profit, shipping forecasts, stock levels, and quality.
- Develop marketing tools to support sales efforts.
- Conduct market studies and surveys to identify sales growth opportunities and potential.
- Offer product training to Sales and Distributors.
- Visit customers to discuss specific applications and provide tailored solutions.
What we are looking for:
- An associate degree in engineering, entrepreneurship, or related degree
- 0 - 5 years experience, preferably in automotive industry
- General understanding of new technologies hardware and software, mechanical and electrical systems
- Basic knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerances is a plus
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Team oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to learn, comprehend and explain product functionality and value proposition
- Able to travel in North America occasionally
