In order to reinforce our growth plans in North America, Marposs Corporation has an opening for a Service Coordinator.
Reporting to the North American Service & Repair Manager, this individual records and maintains all North American Service and Repair documentation. Enters, updates and maintains all computer data relevant to the North American Service and Repair Departments.
Qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Provided business development and account management support.
- Maintain and develop existing customer base.
- Review expenses, overtime reports, and weekly reports.
- Communicate with Customers
- Reviews customers requests and prepares action plans for the service and repair department.
- Schedules service activities
- Updating database
- Service and Repair delivery follow-up
What we are looking for:
- Previous automotive/manufacturing experience preferred.
- Associates Degree
- Microsoft Office Proficient
- Must be able to work independently and possesses strong interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and written skills
